Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Shark product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components that were included in the initial shipment.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
